Key Responsibilities
- Collection and documentation of project costs affecting measures and execution (PAAS, CR).
- Set up, monitor and reviews an integrated master plan/project-related cost estimate and the PCP (incl. all sub-projects).
- Collaborates actively with Project Controls Lead.
- Applies central Project Control guidelines, infrastructure and tools with respect to project cost control in close cooperation with Project Controls Lead and Controlling department.
- Participate in regular cost control coordination meetings with contractor personnel (engineering partners, construction contractors).
- Develop and issue input in monthly cost reports (including areas of concern, risks etc.) covering all projects.
- Updating the data in SAP portfolio management database and ensure proper tracking of value of work done.
- Ensure a traceable cost control for each subproject.
- Alignment and assistance in preparation of other cost and project related documents e.g., monthly project report.
- Critically review any technical deviations, claims and/or changes proposed by the Engineering contractors and participate in the negotiations with respect to project-related cost control.
